At this time, we ask that you only submit non-confidential information in order for us to determine if your submission aligns with Exactech’s priorities and needs. Your submission must include enough detailed information to allow it to be directed to the proper business leaders for an initial assessment. Once your submission has been reviewed and logged, you will receive an email that your submission has been successfully received.
Once received, your submission will be reviewed by our Research & Development Executive Committee. You will be contacted at the end of this process.
If Exactech elects to move forward to the next stage of review, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be needed so that confidential information may be shared. Exactech will provide its standard NDA to you at this stage. During this stage, specialized teams will review the business case for commercializing the product. Our Development Team may also perform prototyping or feasibility testing during this stage of review. Finally, our Legal Team will review the IP landscape surrounding your submission.
Once Exactech has completed the review outlined above, and if your submission has met the requirements established by the business leads, a framework for our partnership will be established. Exactech will reach out to you to navigate the next steps. If your submission does not meet the requirements established by Exactech’s business leads, you will be notified.
Exactech’s New Technology review process begins with an initial assessment of non-confidential information. Any and all information provided to Exactech at this stage and/or via this portal shall be considered non-confidential information and Exactech shall be under no obligations to treat any such information as confidential and/or proprietary as to the submitting entity/individual.
Your privacy is important to Exactech. We employ procedural and technological security measures that are reasonably designed to help protect your personally identifiable information from loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
Please be aware that your personal data may also reside on servers in other countries. Your data may be transferred to the United States and other countries, which may not offer an equivalent level of protection as that in your country. If you are from the European Union, note that Exactech uses contractual measures to ensure that an adequate level of data protection is provided according to local standards.
