Richard Jones, MD, an Equinoxe design team member and international lecturer on the shoulder, practices in North Carolina. He is a leading shoulder specialist in his region and pioneered the reverse shoulder procedure in his area. He has served as assistant team physician for Western Carolina University, the Cleveland Browns and the Cleveland Cavaliers. Dr. Jones completed his residency at the Campbell Clinic and his fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic.
