Exactech’s Executive Team has welcomed five new leaders since the beginning of the year, each bringing a great amount of value in driving change in their respective areas. We had the chance to catch up recently with two of those new leaders – Chief Operations Officer Dale Wolf and Vice President of Quality Matt Collins to learn a bit more about their first few months with the company and their plans for future growth.

A New Chapter at Exactech

Dale Wolf: Driving Operations with Expertise

Dale Wolf served in several leadership roles prior to joining Exactech. At NuVasive and GE, he was responsible for supply chain and field logistics, distribution, manufacturing, quality assurance, international operations and the implementation of continuous improvement programs.

“I joined Exactech to help make a difference and accelerate the journey the company is on to grow and serve more patients globally,” Dale said.

Also, Exactech’s culture reflects how motivated its employees are to the company’s success and customers.
