Dr. Dmitry Tuder is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder conditions. Born in Ukraine, he immigrated to the U.S. in 1990. He earned his medical degree from USUHS and completed his residency and fellowship in San Antonio, TX. A former Chief of Hand Surgery at San Antonio Military Medical Center, he served 20+ years in the U.S. Air Force and is fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian.
