Dynamic and Semiconstrained Anterior Cervical Vertebrae Plating System

Cervical Plates

Rhausler Dynamic and Semiconstrained Titanium Cervical Plates are designed for use in single and multi-level anterior cervical intravertebral internal stabilizations and arthrodesis surgeries from C2 through C7.

Both Dynamic and Semiconstrained cervical plates are designed to articulate with one another for situations in which two cervical plates in a long construct are desired.

Color-coded Titanium Locking Bone Screws and Angulation

Both the Dynamic and Semiconstrained cervical plates utilize the same bone screws, providing the ultimate operative flexibility.

Locking Bone Screws

Final locking of the bone screws to the cervical plates is performed by turning the Self-retaining One-step Locking Screw Driver (C-7025) 1/16 rotation clockwise to engage the bone screw lock and 1/16 rotation counterclockwise to disengage the bone screw lock.

Drill and Screw Guides

Dual Drill and Screw Guides are available in 15 degree, 0 degree and 12 degree trajectories with a built-in 15 degree convergence (7.5 degree convergence on each side). The guides are color-coded: fuchsia for the cephalad end and blue for the caudal end. The Dual Drill and Screw Guides are not interchangeable, as all plates are 16mm wide at the cephalad end and 19mm wide at the caudal end. All Dual Drill and Screw Guides are designed for using the awl, drilling, tapping and bone screw placement through the guide. A 0 degree Green Dual Drill Guide is used for midline bone screw placement.
