with or without cortical cancellous chips

Altiva® DBM and Altiva® DBM with cortical cancellous chips are DBM-based allografts that offer the flexibility of a dry material for a wide range of mixing options and applications. These compositions are science-based to create grafts with osteoinductive* bone forming potential.1,2 Altiva DBM with cortical cancellous bone chips also provides for osteoconductivity.1,2

Altiva DBM is delivered with or without chips. Altiva DBM is flowable and can be delivered by syringe into the graft site, while Altiva DBM with cortical cancellous chips may be molded to any shape. At body temperature both materials become a resilient solid and stay in place even when bulb lavaged. They also maintain biological integrity while stored at room temperature. The gelatin carrier keeps the graft in place facilitating bone growth during the healing process.1,2
