The fracture stem’s features define the next generation in four-part fracture reconstruction.

1. Robust scope of eccentric heads provides intra-operative flexibility.
2. Patented anterior-lateral fin* – aligning fin with distal portion of bicipital groove establishes version.
3. Grafting window promotes tuberosity apposition.
4. Multiple fin holes with rounded edges provide suturing versatility.
5. Asymmetric tuberosity beds address primary failure mode of complex fractures following hemiarthroplasty – tuberosity nonunion.
6. Anterior/posterior handles:
   • stable base holds tuberosities
   • easy to thread for cerclage suture technique
     
7. Satin finish and distal grooves facilitate cement fixation.
8. Grit blast encourages bone ongrowth.
