Exactech’s AcuMatch® P-Series Press Fit Femoral Stem evolves from the successful MCS® (Modulus-Compatible, Stability) system, which has been clinically proven. The design results from a unique, scientifically sound solution for modulus mismatch and rotational instability—underlying causes of thigh pain.

1. Proprietary titanium alloy material stem and highly polished neck increase fatigue strength.
2. Neck cross section maximizes range of motion while maintaining strength.
3. Multiple offset options are designed to predictably restore the patient’s normal anatomy.
4. Titanium plasma spray coating and hydroxyapatite titanium plasma spray coating address a wide range of clinical options.
5. Trapezoidal stem geometry provides rotational stability while allowing bone ingrowth to occur on the proximal porous surface.
6. Longitudinal channels on larger sizes (3-7) reduce stiffness in all planes and provide uniform flexibility of the stem throughout all sizes
7. Patented distal tip design reduces stress concentration at the distal stem and bone interface, which has been shown to reduce the incidence of thigh pain.
