Exactech’s innovative implants and instrument systems are designed for clinical efficacy, ease of use and improved patient outcomes.
“EXACTECH UNDERSTANDS MY NEEDS LIKE NO OTHER company can. Because it was founded by an orthopaedic surgeon, Exactech has an end-user’s perspective on product development. Its implants and instruments were designed to meet the challenges I face in the O.R. every day. This understanding seems to flow throughout the entire company. I can pick up the phone and talk to a scientist, an engineer, a product manager – everyone I encounter is in tune with my day. There’s nothing like the satisfaction you feel at the end of a good case. Every day, I’ve got someone’s future in my hands. And Exactech puts the tools in my hands to meet that challenge.”

Accelerate™ is a cell and platelet concentrating system that offers high yields through gentle centrifugal action, which preserves the fragile buffycoat layer. Bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC) or platelet rich and platelet poor plasma are piped directly into the sterile field. Its closed system requires only two sterile-barrier entries, minimizing the risk of transfer contamination. This easy-to-use system provides a fast and convenient method for processing BMAC or PRP in the operating room. |
