Responsibility for Reporting Suspected or Known Violations of the Exactech Compliance and Ethics Plan:

Exactech is committed to the integrity and continuing enhancement of its Compliance and Ethics Plan.  It is the responsibility of all Exactech employees and associates to report any suspected or actual violations of the CEP immediately.  Reports should be made to the following:

 

 

You may also report suspected or actual violations of the Exactech CEP to the Company’s Nominating, Compliance and Governance Committee or the Board of Directors by submitting an email message to auditcommittee@exac.com.
Employees may also make reports of suspected or actual violations anonymously if they wish.  Please note that the Company makes every effort to maintain the anonymity of such report and will not tolerate retaliation against any employee making a good faith report of suspected or actual violations.
