To help redefine the tuberosities and improve joint mechanics and stability by providing increased deltoid muscle wrapping and adequate soft tissue tensioning in patients with proximal humeral bone loss, the Humeral Augmented Tray prothesis is available in left- and right-specific with three different lateralization options (standard, lateralized, and Extra Lateralized) and with two offsets (+0 and +5) humeral trays.

For more severe proximal humeral bone loss than can be addressed with Humeral Augmented Tray only implant, the prothesis allows for an optional 17mm modular extension that can be added to the implant and secured with a locking screw.
