| Exactech’s Marathon Team participates annually in the Joints in Motion program to raise money on behalf of the Arthritis Foundation, which helps to fund arthritis research and raise awareness to fight arthritis. Exactech employees, along with our friends and vendors, also participate in the Joint Hackers Invitational, an annual golf tournament also benefiting the Arthritis Foundation. Exactech and its employees partner with Children's Home Society of Florida in order to help make the holidays happy for several children. Children's Home Society is one of Florida's oldest private nonprofit organizations providing services to children and families. |

Our Community Outreach Team organizes an annual school supply drive benefiting Tools for Schools of Alachua County in which employees donate items that go to teachers and schools with disadvantaged children. |

Exactech hosts quarterly blood drives in which employees participate by donating blood to our local LifeSouth Community Blood Center. A single donation can save up to three lives. |

For the holidays, Exactech organizes a collection of playing cards, puzzle books, pencils, pens, candy, stationary and postage stamps, stuffed animals and more to benefit Friends Across the Ages, whose mission is to provide friendship to residents of nursing homes in our community. |

Every year, the employees of Exactech participate in Blue Jeans for Babies benefiting the March of Dimes, whose mission is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. For a fee, employees are allowed to wear jeans every Friday and 100% of those funds go directly to our local chapter. |

Exactech annually organizes a supply drive to benefit the Ronald McDonald House of Gainesville, Fla., who provides temporary housing, basic amenities and support to families with critically ill children being treated at area medical facilities. |

Exactech is proud to partner with TaylorFit for Kids, which is focused specifically on organizing events that benefit the health and fitness of children in our community. |

Exactech employees participate in a Thanksgiving food drive to benefit local families in need. Last year we were able to provide over 95 baskets that included turkey, potatoes, gravy, stuffing, green beans, corn bread mix, pies, fruit, cranberry sauce and more. |
