Minimum Requirements for Fulfilling Team Role

Education

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience with Progress software development
  
• Deep understanding of the Financial, Distribution and Manufacturing modules within QAD
  
• Project management experience for the implementation of complex, integrated, multi-site business applications
  
• Successful track record as a Progress developer/integrator and business analyst
  
• Professional experience implementing best practices with supply chain solutions
  
• Life Sciences industry experience preferred
  
• Qxtend, Sonic, and/or Java experience preferred

Other

• Strong interpersonal communication skills required
  
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and solutions that support business objectives
  
• Highly motivated team player with the ability to work on multiple projects
  
• Passion for developing people, teams and organizations

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

1. Act as a lead technical support role for QAD ERP and other business applications.
   
2. Serve as an internal consultant to identify system and process improvements.
   
3. Manage projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision.
   
4. Design and develop robust software solutions.
   
5. Remain continuously aware of business, technical and infrastructure issues within the company.
   
6. Participate in required documentation and software validation practices.
   
7. Understands and implements ISO related requirements of information systems.
   
8. Know and apply the Quality System and any appropriate Federal and International standards.
