Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline; Master’s Degree preferred

Experience

  • Five to Seven years relevant experience

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

1. Collaborate with peers and internal clients to develop training strategies to enhance employee performance. Design training plans and write learning objectives, including identifying appropriate content and sequencing for courses and modules. 
 
2. Develop on-line and instructor led training using various content authoring tools.  

3. Serve as learning administrator for the Learning Management System, setting up structures, creating and maintaining courses, setting notifications, audiences, and pre-requisites, and providing support to LMS end-users. 
    4. Load, test and evaluate programs in the LMS. 
      5. Responsible for supporting, tracking, and reporting on Exactech required training.
        6. Oversee training evaluation strategies.   Monitor, track and measure Exactech training effectiveness
          7. Conduct or participate in train-the-trainer, pilot sessions, and course overviews, as necessary.
            8. Conduct analysis to determine performance need requiring training or other solution.
              9. Maintain budget related to role.
                10. Collaborate with in-house legal counsel to assure Exactech compliance with all state and federal employment laws.
                  11. Promotes collaboration, partnerships and relationships among internal customers.
                   
                  12.  Work in a team structure with other Human Resources colleagues to participate in HR policy and procedure formation,  HR budget formation, employee event and communication planning, and provide other HR support to employee as necessary.

                    13. Practice Exactech values.

                        15. Assist and support other employees, teams, and sales personnel as necessary.
