Minimum Requirements for Fulfilling Team Role

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 3-5 years experience in laser marking preferred

• Good computer skills
• Ability to understand and interpret blueprints.
• Good mechanical ability.
• Ability to inspect own work.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

1. Perform Laser marking or engraving on components meeting blueprint specifications.

2. Responsible for programming of laser and insuring program files for accuracy and revision control.

3. Assist Manufacturing Engineering with work instructions and fixturing.

4. Self-Inspection required.

5. Perform basic maintenance as needed to Laser Machine.

6. Understand and follow all departmental SOP’s. Document and report any process deviations to team         leader.  

7. Understand and comply with all department safety policies and procedures.

8. Know and apply the Quality System and any appropriate Federal and International standards

9. Assist and support other employees, teams, and sales personnel as necessary.
