The development of Exactech, from its founding to the successful company it is today, is based on a culture of teamwork, dedication to excellence, strong respect for innovation and achievement, the highest ethical standards, community service and a basic appreciation that the ultimate purpose of the Company is to improve the quality of life for the people who use our products.
The Exactech organizational philosophy is described as an upside down triangle with the Leadership Team at the bottom, supporting the other teams. There is no reserved parking or executive wing at Exactech; leaders sit throughout. There is a keen appreciation for the worth of the individual and the ability of every employee to contribute to the success of the Company. Employees have a shared sense of responsibility, and they deliver on their commitments to the Company.
In a recent internal survey, employees consistently stated that they feel valued by their leaders and they would encourage their own friends and family to work here. More than 90 percent of employees said they are proud to work for Exactech. With a low annual turnover rate and high rates of employee pride and commitment, it’s no wonder Exactech has received significant recognition since its founding in 1985.
