Exactech strives to attract, motivate

401(k)
Exactech offers a 401(k) to all full-time employees
who have completed 90 days of service. The Company matches 100 percent
of the first five percent of the employee's annual base salary
contributed to the plan.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
Exactech’s ESPP allows
employees to have a fixed payroll deduction for the purpose of
purchasing company stock. Stock purchased through this program is
available at a 15 percent discount.
Employee Discounts
Exactech offers employees discounts on
everything from movie and attraction tickets to gym memberships.
Profit Sharing
In each quarter that Exactech achieves its
upper guidance for Earnings Per Share (EPS), employees will receive a
profit sharing payment.
