My Health
Health Insurance
Health Insurance is available for all full-time employees. Exactech contributes 100 to 67 percent of the premium, depending on the insurance option chosen.
Dental Insurance
Dental Insurance is available to all full-time employees on a voluntary basis.
Life Insurance
$50,000 worth of life insurance coverage is provided for each employee at no cost to the employee. Supplemental Life is available on a voluntary basis.
Short- and Long-term Disability
Long-term disability is provided for each employee at no cost to the employee. Short-term disability insurance is available on a voluntary basis.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Employees may choose annually to specify a certain amount of their salary to be allocated to a non-taxable account to be used for reimbursement of dependent care or medical expenses that qualify under the plan.
Worker’s Compensation
Exactech provides comprehensive worker’s compensation liability insurance for any accident or injury arising out of and in the course of employment.
Wellness Team
The Wellness Team sponsors health education events, literature and health-promoting activities. They annually conduct a health fair that offers opportunities for free screenings, immunizations, etc.
Employee Assistance Program
Exactech’s Employee Assistance Program provides information on a wide range of topics including legal and financial issues, older adult and parenting resources, personal and work-related problems, addiction and recovery, and emotional well-being.
Company Gym
All employees have access to the company gym to use for their fitness needs. The gym includes both cardiovascular and strength training equipment.

401(k)
Exactech offers a 401(k) to all full-time employees who have completed 90 days of service. The Company matches 100 percent of the first five percent of the employee's annual base salary contributed to the plan.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
Exactech’s ESPP allows employees to have a fixed payroll deduction for the purpose of purchasing company stock. Stock purchased through this program is available at a 15 percent discount.

Exactech offers employees discounts on everything from movie and attraction tickets to gym memberships.
Profit Sharing
In each quarter that Exactech achieves its upper guidance for Earnings Per Share (EPS), employees will receive a profit sharing payment.
My Time
Holidays
Exactech’s policy includes eight paid holidays and one floating holiday. The paid holidays include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day or Yom Kippur. The floating holiday can be used on any day of the year.
Paid Time Off
Each full-time employee is allotted hours for Paid Time Off (PTO) based on position and years of service. This time can be used for vacation, sick leave or any other time the employee needs to be away from the office.
Compassionate Leave
Exactech provides full-time employees with up to three days per incident of compassionate leave.
Jury Leave
Any full-time employee serving on jury duty will be paid the difference between the amount received for such service and normal base salary, not to exceed five days per year, except as otherwise provided by law.
Flexible Work Hours
Exactech’s principal hours of operation are 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, though customer service needs and production shift hours may necessarily extend outside these hours. Depending upon the job, Exactech can offer some degree of flexibility in work hours while still meeting business needs.
Concierge Services
In order to assist employees in maximizing their personal time, Exactech may allow a limited number of pre-approved vendors to come onto the property to provide services that are frequently requested by employees. Examples of such services are: Dry cleaning pickup and delivery, car washing and detailing, oil change, fresh produce supplier.

Career Development
The training and development of employees is a company priority. Employees work with their team leaders to provide opportunities for filling employees’ skill and/or knowledge gaps through peer-to-peer training, in-house instruction or off-site courses.
Employee Events
Each year, employees participate in company-wide events such as our spring company picnic, Halloween event, Thanksgiving luncheon and holiday party.
Tuition Reimbursement
Full-time employees may receive 50 percent reimbursement of tuition after successful completion of any single pre-approved class that increases your value to Exactech, or assists you in obtaining a skill needed for advancement at Exactech.
