The Biologics Team is developing a position of leadership in biologics by designing and acquiring the broadest range of innovative, clinically effective biomaterials, delivery systems and surgical techniques. We will provide these solutions through the most effective biologics distribution network in the industry.

Clinical Research

The Clinical Research Team strives to provide and promote the highest quality orthopaedic clinical research results and documents to internal and external customers.  They do this by using best clinical practices, state-of-the-art data gathering techniques and technology and unassailable research ethics, so that our customers and patients will always know that our company and products are “Founded in Science.”

Communications

The Communications Team strives to provide integrated communication programs for Exactech’s global internal and external audiences to support the Company’s purpose, vision, values and goals.

Customer Service

The Customer Service Team strives to ensure that every customer has A Great Day in the O.R.  They are passionate about the products they sell and the service they provide.  Customer Service conveys this to customers by answering their calls quickly and courteously, responding immediately to each request for product, service or information and effectively maintaining the central link between the Company’s technical staff and the customer.

Distribution

The Distribution Team strives to plan, develop, control, and support efficient and effective systems for finished goods storage, distribution, services and related information in order to provide the highest level of service to internal and external customers and to meet the financial goals of the Company. They accomplish this through a balance of accurate and cost-effective inventory management systems and tailored service to independent agents and representatives.

Document Control

The Document Control Team effectively administers and manages the change control process for document and data control in support of the Quality Management System.  Their goal is to provide current and accurate controlled documentation to the Exactech teams in support of producing a high quality product.

Engineering and Development

Engineering and Development maintains an unrelenting commitment to exceed surgeons’ expectations and achieve excellent patient outcomes.  They honor this commitment by designing and developing innovative, high quality and market-leading medical products in a timely manner.

Facilities

The Facilities Team is dedicated to providing a clean, excellently maintained work environment and hospitality services that make inside and outside customers feel appreciated.

Finance and Accounting

The Finance and Accounting Team is dedicated to providing accurate, timely information to all of the Company’s constituents.  In fulfilling its role, the team is committed to performing its duties with honesty and integrity, realizing that our efforts are the foundation upon which good decisions are built.  The team is further dedicated to excellence in its responsibility to help the Company maximize the utilization of our assets.

The Manufacturing Team strives to satisfy customer needs for precision orthopaedic products. Their efforts are directed toward being accountable for continuous quality and process improvements, on-time performance and customer satisfaction.

Materials Management

Materials Management strives to consistently meet and exceed the needs of their internal and external customers by providing the highest quality product in a timely manner at the lowest possible cost.

Packaging

The Packaging Team strives to serve our internal and external customers by providing packaged products in a quality and timely manner.

Quality Assurance

The Quality Team strives to engage others within the Company to embed quality into all phases of the product and service realization process and to enhance the image of Exactech in the market place by emphasizing continual improvement.

Regulatory Affairs

The Regulatory Affairs Team provides guidance to Exactech employees in the understanding and application of the Quality Management System within all phases of company operations.  By promoting the Quality Management System, Regulatory Affairs facilitates Exactech’s goal of providing a high quality product for our ultimate customer, the patient.

Sales and Marketing

The Sales and Marketing Team exists to drive products to market and empower the sales organization to achieve company sales goals.  They do this by understanding customers’ needs through direct interaction and market analysis; actively and accurately conveying those needs into product definition and development in collaboration with the Engineering and Development team; creating and communicating powerful product messages to the sales organization and to customers; providing effective training to our sales organization and customers to fulfill our brand promise of providing “A Great Day in the O.R.”; managing profitability for all product lines (life cycle management, pricing policy, marketing investment, etc.); having fun as they accomplish our critical mission for Exactech.
